(Coming Soon) Full Moon Soak
Full Moon Bath Ritual- Many traditions including Ayurveda practices 3,000 years ago included bath rituals on the full moon as an opportune time to illuminate and release what is not supporting your well-being while inviting positive change and growth. Full moon energy is a powerful time for spiritual work and personal growth. (Scroll to bottom for a full moon bath ritual).
These glass jars are created with a blend of:
Hawaiian Black Lava Salt is made from volcanic lava and harvested on Kauai from salt ponds. The activated charcoal from the lava is known as a natural detoxifier. The trace minerals present—like magnesium, potassium and calcium—are known to aid in stress relief and muscle recovery. The natural antibacterial properties also help reduce inflammation and soothe skin conditions like acne or eczema.
Dead Sea Salt is rich in minerals such as magnesium, calcium, and potassium, which are known to enhance skin health and promote relaxation. Studies have shown that soaking in a solution of Dead Sea salt can improve skin hydration, reduce redness, and enhance the skin barrier. This makes it particularly beneficial for individuals with dry skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis. (Source WebMD)
Dried cornflower petals have a stunning blue color and a calming floral scent. Cornflower herb is rich in minerals and flavonoids with astringent and anti-inflammatory properties. Blue cornflower is said to help with eczema and to strengthen nails.

NOTE: If you do not use a tub, you can pour this into a basin of warm water as a foot soak sitting under the next full moon.
Here are the upcoming Full Moons:
September 7: Full Corn Moon
October 6: Hunter's Moon (Supermoon)
November 5: Beaver Moon (Supermoon)
December 4: Cold Moon (Supermoon)
Here’s how to celebrate the Full Moon with a Ritual Bath:
Create your bath: Pour jar into a standard-size bathtub (or use half the jar for a basin foot soak). Add to warm, running water and stir with your hand to help the salt crystals dissolve faster into the bath. If you prefer a no-clean, pour into the reusable muslin bag provided and place bag into bath. Swish it around to dissolve and leave in during your soak.
Set Your Intentions: Before entering the bath, meditate or ponder your goals and intentions. What are you ready to release that is no longer serving you? What instead would you like to invite in? Speak them aloud to infuse them with your intentions as you pour the salts into the bath.
Immerse Yourself: Soak in the bath (or foot bath) for 15 - 20 minutes and visualize yourself releasing any that which does not serve you. Imagine yourself stepping out of the tub or foot bath into a new chapter unburdened by the past.
Connect with the Moon: Close your eyes and visualize the full moon, and her energy enveloping you. If you are able to open drapes and blinds to actually see the moon, even better.
At the end of your soak, thank the Moon for enlightening your walk with guidance and illumination.
Always take care when exiting a ritual soak. With each foot out, envision rootedness with the Earth and ground yourself accordingly (if you feel lightheaded from magickal musings and warm water be sure to rehydrate and eat something.)
