Our products are packed with all the skin-loving good stuff and none of the bad stuff. After all, we started making bath and body products to ensure our skin was treated with the highest quality ingredients.

Our products are handmade in the USA, are cruelty-free, paraben-free, sulfate-free, synthetic-detergent-free, and are scented with phthalate-free fragrances and essential oils (or unscented).  We use natural plant colorants, infuse oils with home grown organic herbs and botanicals, or mica minerals. All of our items are VEGAN unless noted (lotion bars for example are made with beeswax.)

Our ingredients are sustainably and ethically sourced.

Each of our soaps is handcrafted and hand cut in small batches.

We use more expensive organic virgin, unrefined, non-GMO oils, butters, and ingredients whenever possible to preserve the natural skin benefits that are lost in the refining process. Handcrafted soap retains the natural moisturizing glycerin that commercial soap removes.

Soap Ingredients: We do not use one recipe for all of our soaps, instead each soap batch is individually formulated, so the ingredients may differ. We do this to offer a variety of soap qualities across the continuum from super gentle to highly cleansing. Our soap recipes contain a mix of four or five different oils which MAY INCLUDE organic coconut oil, organic unrefined shea butter, organic unrefined cocoa butter, castor oil, rice bran oil, non-GMO canola oil, avocado oil, sweet almond oil, sustainable palm oil (or you can search for palm-oil free collection), babassu oil, mango butter. Packaging: We use sustainable packaging whenever possible, but you can always request us to use glass instead of PET plastic or if you’d prefer your soaps to come “unwrapped” without a vellum cigar band, please note. We recycle packaging materials we receive when we purchase supplies so your box may include these as well.

Where are we located/how to buy?
We do not have a brick & mortar shop. Here is how/where you can find us:
1) Shop online at the SHOP page. Please note we release new soap quarterly and it sells out fast. We close the shop once we sell out until the next release.

2) Sign up for one of our quarterly subscription boxes -our Bespoke Bath & Body Box is customized to your preferences and our SOAPscription is soap-only. Both ship in the US. More info click here.

3) We specialize in custom curating gift boxes, new home bath sets, and care packages. Contact us with the total amount you want to spend (that includes shipping) along with any preferences, occasion, what the note should read, etc. and we will put together a perfect pamper package. When is your next Soap Release?
Our ARTisan Soap Line are unique soaps available seasonally as part of a SOAP RELEASE. Please save the date and time as these do sell out fast (sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of this page to receive an alert for soap releases.
Our Spring Release is currently scheduled for April- we will alert email subscribers in advance of announcing it publicly.

About us: We are a woman owned/veteran owned family of small batch maker hobbyists. Soap making began as a “pandemic hobby” and are actively learning new techniques all the time. Along with decades of experience in health care including dermatology, aging, wellness/holistic care and herbal medicine, we strive to create bespoke skincare to nurture from the outside in ™.

Shipping: Currently, we are only able to ship within the contiguous US. We offer flat rate shipping for $8 or free shipping over $75 (use 75FREE at check out). We ship all orders out on Mondays and Wednesdays via USPS to ensure the best care for the products. Please ensure full and correct address (including apartment number); any order returned due to incomplete or wrong address will require customer prepayment of additional actual shipping cost. If you are ordering a gift and would like it shipped a specific day, please note that. Some of our product designs are fragile and while we do our best to protect them for shipping, there are occasions when soap toppers may be damaged which is out of our control.

Caring for your handmade product: Make your soap last longer by keeping it dry between uses. Please use a soap dish that drains and keep it away from direct streams of water. We recommend a soap saver lift or a hanging soap sisal bag. For your convenience, we offer both in our shop.

By purchasing our products or subscription boxes, you hold us harmless and understand our products are made in a domestic kitchen without product testing. All products are external use only, avoid eyes. Consult a physician if you are pregnant or nursing. Patch test all products before use. Discontinue immediately if irritation.
Allergy and Sensitivities: Our products contain a range of ingredients and are made in small batches in a domestic kitchen that also houses four-legged family. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and seek medical care as needed. If you have known topical skin allergies, contact us about ingredients. Feel free to contact us, we do custom make products as well.

Warning: All of our products are for external use only. While we may state known benefits of specific ingredients, no medicinal or other claims are made for our products. Our soap is pure soap made to clean. Use at your own risk. Red Hill Retreat's parent company Zen Executive LLC is not responsible for any injuries/claims from the use or misuse of our products.

Returns: We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to the nature of our small batch items but contact us right away if something is not right. Some of our product designs are fragile. and while we do our best to protect them for shipping, there are occasions when soap toppers may be damaged which is out of our control. Subscription box customers can transfer a box to someone else at any time, or have a box shipped elsewhere as a gift,
